Bali Tour Packages from Delhi
Board at IGI late in the evening and wake up over the Bali Sea – private Bali honeymoons and family holidays from Delhi, with the non-stop or a sensible one-stop, villas and visa in one plan.
Delhi is the one city in north India with a non-stop flight to Bali, and that changes how a Bali trip from the capital is planned. You can leave IGI after dinner, sleep on the plane and land at Ngurah Rai in Denpasar in the morning, with the whole first day usable. For couples coming off a big Delhi wedding, that saved day is worth a lot. For families, it removes the midnight layover in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur that makes the trip from most other Indian cities so tiring.
This page is for travellers from Delhi NCR – Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad included. It gives indicative package costs, compares the non-stop with the one-stop routes, sets out three itineraries timed to Delhi arrivals, explains how to plan a honeymoon in the November–February wedding season when Bali is in its wet months, and covers the visa, levy and arrival card, North Indian and vegetarian food on the island, and a month-by-month table. Vibrant Holidays plans every trip from its team in Ahmedabad; there is no Delhi office, and you book on WhatsApp or phone. Each trip is private, with your own car and English-speaking driver in Bali.

| Trip | Standard (3★ / shared-pool villa) | Deluxe (4★ / 1-bed private pool villa) | Premium (5★ / luxury villa) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 nights: Uluwatu 2 + Ubud 2 | ₹22,000 – 28,000 | ₹32,000 – 42,000 | ₹55,000 – 85,000 |
| 5 nights: Jimbaran or Uluwatu 2 + Ubud 3 (honeymoon) | ₹27,000 – 34,000 | ₹38,000 – 50,000 | ₹65,000 – 1,00,000 |
| 6 nights: Sanur 2 + Nusa Lembongan 1 + Ubud 3 (family) | ₹31,000 – 39,000 | ₹44,000 – 58,000 | ₹75,000 – 1,15,000 |
| 8 nights: Uluwatu, Nusa Penida, Sidemen and Ubud | ₹42,000 – 52,000 | ₹58,000 – 76,000 | ₹98,000 – 1,50,000 |
Airfare from Delhi: one-stop economy returns via Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok, or IndiGo's one-stop via Bhubaneswar, usually cost about ₹28,000 – 45,000 per person when booked eight weeks out. The Air India non-stop often prices a little higher, roughly ₹35,000 – 55,000 return, and both climb to ₹50,000 – 70,000 or more around Diwali, Christmas–New Year and the June school break. We compare the non-stop against the cheapest sensible one-stop for your dates and show you both.
Entry costs per person: the e-VOA or visa on arrival is IDR 500,000 (about ₹2,700) and the Bali tourist levy IDR 150,000 (about ₹800). We add both as line items, so a couple should budget roughly ₹7,000 for entry.
Usually extra on the ground: temple entry fees and sarong hire, the Bali swing, Mount Batur sunrise trek, Waterbom, rafting or ATV rides, spa sessions, beach-club minimum spends in Uluwatu and Seminyak, meals outside the plan and the driver's tip. Each gets an estimate on your quote.
Flights from IGI to Bali: non-stop or one-stop?
| Routing | Airline(s) | Typical journey | Arrives in Bali | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Delhi → Denpasar non-stop | Air India | About 7–8 h | Morning or early afternoon, depending on the flight | Honeymooners, families, seniors |
| Delhi → Bhubaneswar → Denpasar | IndiGo, same flight number | About 9 h | Early evening after a morning departure | Travellers who prefer a daytime flight |
| Delhi → Singapore → Denpasar | Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Air India with partner | 10–13 h with connection | Varies | Bali with a Singapore stopover |
| Delhi → Kuala Lumpur → Denpasar | Malaysia Airlines, Batik Air, AirAsia | 10–14 h | Varies | Lowest fares; check baggage |
| Delhi → Bangkok → Denpasar | Thai Airways, Thai AirAsia | 11–14 h | Varies | Bali with a Thailand stop |
- The non-stop: as of October 2026, schedule data shows Air India operating two Delhi–Denpasar flights on several days of the week, one leaving late in the evening and landing in the morning, the other leaving in the early hours and landing around lunchtime. The late-evening departure is the one Delhi couples ask for. Days and timings change with each schedule season, so we confirm before booking.
- IndiGo: runs a daily Delhi–Bali service with a stop at Bhubaneswar on the way; you stay on the same flight number. It is a narrow-body aircraft, so seats are tighter than on a wide-body flight.
- Via Singapore: worth it only if you want two or three nights in Singapore, which needs a visa arranged before travel; see our Singapore visa guide.
- Low-cost one-stops: Scoot, AirAsia and Batik sell checked baggage separately. Honeymoon luggage is heavy, so we add 20–30 kg at booking.
- Time difference: Bali is 2½ hours ahead of India. An overnight flight from Delhi feels shorter than it is, so plan a light first afternoon.
- Getting to IGI: from Noida or Gurugram allow at least an hour; on winter nights, Delhi fog can also delay departures, so avoid a tight onward plan on the day you fly back.
Three Bali itineraries timed to Delhi flights
5 nights / 6 days – honeymoon on the overnight non-stop
- Day 1: Land in the morning. Driver meets you at arrivals; go south to the Bukit peninsula, only 30–40 minutes away, and check in to a cliff-side villa. Sleep off the flight, then Uluwatu temple and the Kecak dance at sunset.
- Day 2: Padang Padang or Melasti beach in the morning, a couple spa in the afternoon, dinner on Jimbaran beach with grilled vegetables or seafood.
- Day 3: Fast boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida: Kelingking cliff, Broken Beach and Angel's Billabong, back by evening.
- Day 4: Drive to Ubud via a batik village; check in to a jungle-view private pool villa with floating breakfast the next morning.
- Day 5: Tegalalang rice terraces at sunrise, Tirta Empul spring temple, the Bali swing, Ubud market.
- Day 6: Late check-out and the airport (about 1½ hours from Ubud) for the flight back to Delhi.
6 nights / 7 days – family trip in the Delhi summer break
- Day 1: Arrive and stay in Sanur, a calm east-coast town with a flat beach path, gentle water for children and the boat jetty for the islands.
- Day 2: Bali Safari and Marine Park, or Waterbom in Kuta for older children.
- Day 3: Boat to Nusa Lembongan (about 30 minutes); mangrove canoe ride, snorkelling in calm bays, overnight on the island.
- Day 4: Back to Bali and on to Ubud; Monkey Forest and the palace dance in the evening.
- Day 5: Kintamani volcano view with lunch, coffee plantation, Tegalalang terraces.
- Day 6: Free day by the villa pool; Balinese cooking class with a vegetarian menu.
- Day 7: Fly home.
8 nights / 9 days – slower Bali for second-timers
- Days 1–2 – Uluwatu: cliff villa, beaches, Kecak dance.
- Days 3–4 – Nusa Penida: stay on the island instead of a rushed day trip; west coast one day, the quieter east coast (Diamond Beach, Atuh) the next.
- Days 5–6 – Sidemen: rice valley under Mount Agung, village walks, weaving houses; a day trip to Tirta Gangga water palace and the Lempuyang gate.
- Days 7–8 – Ubud: Campuhan ridge walk, a cooking class, a final pool-villa night.
- Day 9: Airport and home.
Every plan is private: your own car and driver for up to about 10 hours a day, and larger Delhi families travelling together as a private group in a minivan, often sharing a 3- or 4-bedroom villa.
Wedding-season honeymoons: Bali from November to February
Most Delhi weddings fall between November and February, which is exactly when Bali is in its wet season. Many couples are told to go somewhere else. Our experience is that Bali still works in these months if the plan is built around the weather rather than ignoring it.
- What the rain is like: usually a heavy shower or storm for an hour or two, most often in the afternoon or evening, with mornings often clear. It is warm, 24–31°C, and humid. Whole days of rain happen but are not the norm.
- Sightseeing in the morning: we schedule temples, rice terraces and the swing early and keep afternoons for the villa, a spa or a cooking class.
- Nusa Penida is the weak point: seas can be rough from December to February and boats are sometimes cancelled. We keep it on a flexible day, and offer Nusa Lembongan, closer and more sheltered, as a back-up.
- Choose the villa carefully: in the wet season you spend more time at the villa, so a deluxe private pool villa is worth more than in July. Ubud villas with covered sit-outs and jungle views are a good choice.
- Prices fall: outside 20 December to 5 January, villas are noticeably cheaper than in the dry months, and the Air India non-stop helps because you avoid long layovers in the wedding-season fog.
- Nyepi: Balinese New Year, usually in March, closes the whole island, airport included, for 24 hours. Check the date if your wedding is in late February or March.
If dry weather is essential, wait for April. Many Delhi couples now take a short trip straight after the wedding and Bali three or four months later in the dry season.
Visa on arrival, tourist levy and the arrival card
Three separate things are needed for a Bali holiday on an Indian passport, as of October 2026:
- e-VOA or visa on arrival: 30 days, extendable once by 30 days, IDR 500,000 (about ₹2,700). Applying online in advance as an e-VOA saves a queue at Denpasar. We prepare and submit the e-VOA with your passport scan and photo; approval is at the Indonesian immigration authority's discretion.
- Bali tourist levy: IDR 150,000 (about ₹800) per person, paid on the provincial Love Bali portal or on arrival. Keep the QR voucher.
- All Indonesia arrival card: free, filled online within three days before landing. It replaced the old customs and health forms and has been mandatory since 1 October 2025.
Your passport needs at least six months of validity and a blank page, and immigration may ask for your return ticket and hotel bookings. Our full Bali visa guide for Indians explains each step and the look-alike websites to avoid.
Bali month by month for Delhi travellers
| Month | Bali weather | Delhi at the same time | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | Wet, warm, humid | Fog and cold; school winter break early in the month | Honeymoons; flexible Nusa Penida day |
| February | Wettest month | Wedding season | Lowest prices; villa-focused trips |
| March | Rain easing; Nyepi usually falls this month | Holi | Shoulder value; check Nyepi |
| April | Dry season begins, green | Heat starting | Excellent all-round |
| May | Dry, 23–30°C, calm sea | Very hot | Great value before the school rush |
| June | Dry, cooler evenings | 45°C days; school summer break | Families; book by March |
| July | Driest, peak season | Monsoon | Book villas very early |
| August | Dry, breezy, busiest | Monsoon; Independence Day weekend | Highest prices |
| September | Dry, fewer crowds | Monsoon ending | Best-value dry month |
| October | Mostly dry, a few showers late | Dussehra and Diwali build-up | Good weather, fair prices |
| November | Wet season starts | Smog and wedding season | Cheaper; mornings for sightseeing |
| December | Wet; Christmas–New Year surge | Fog; school break at month-end in some schools | Book by September for New Year |
For Delhi families the two strongest windows are the summer vacation (Bali's dry season with calm seas) and the autumn break around Dussehra and Diwali. For couples, April–May and September are the sweet spots if the wedding date allows.
Food and practical tips for travellers from Delhi
Food
- North Indian and Punjabi food: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Nusa Dua have several Indian restaurants serving dal makhani, paneer dishes, tandoori breads and biryani; Ubud has a few. Quality varies, and we suggest places we know.
- Vegetarian: easy. Ubud is full of vegetarian and vegan cafés, and Balinese staples such as gado-gado, tempeh and vegetarian nasi campur are widely available. Jain food needs explaining and is reliable mainly at Indian restaurants or with a private villa cook.
- Non-vegetarian: seafood at Jimbaran, Balinese chicken satay and babi guling (pork) are common; beef is uncommon on Balinese menus but present at international restaurants.
- Drinks: imported wine and spirits are expensive because of high taxes; local Bintang beer and arak are cheaper.
Practical tips
- Money: roughly 185–195 rupiah to the rupee. Use authorised money changers or bank ATMs, and carry some cash for temples, markets and tips. Many restaurants add 10–21% tax and service.
- Clothes: light cotton for the day, a light rain jacket from November to March, and modest clothing for temples (a sarong is usually provided).
- Transport: our packages use a car and driver. Avoid renting a scooter; most Indian licences are not valid and scooter accidents are the most common tourist injury.
- Health: drink bottled water, carry oral rehydration salts and use mosquito repellent at dusk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- SIM and data: an eSIM bought before leaving Delhi, or a Telkomsel tourist SIM at the airport.

How much does a Bali tour package from Delhi cost?
Our Bali packages currently start at ₹10,999 per person for 3 nights. Most of our Bali packages fall between ₹26,999 and ₹55,000 per person. The final cost depends on the travel month, hotel category, number of travellers and whether flights from Delhi are added. Open any package below to see exactly what is included, or ask us for a quote with flights.
Is there a direct flight from Delhi to Bali?
Yes. As of October 2026 Air India flies non-stop from Delhi to Denpasar on several days a week, in about 7–8 hours, with late-evening and early-morning departures. IndiGo runs a daily service that stops in Bhubaneswar on the same flight number. Timings change by season, so we confirm the schedule for your dates.
Is the non-stop worth paying more for?
Usually, for honeymooners, families with small children and seniors. The overnight non-stop lands in the morning, so day 1 is usable and there is no midnight layover. If your budget is tight, a one-stop via Kuala Lumpur or Singapore can save money, but check the connection time and baggage allowance before choosing on price alone.
How much do Delhi to Bali flights cost?
Roughly ₹28,000 – 45,000 per person return on one-stop routes and about ₹35,000 – 55,000 on the Air India non-stop when booked about eight weeks ahead. Around Diwali, Christmas–New Year and the June school holidays, fares often go above ₹50,000. These are typical ranges, not quotes; we price your exact dates.
Is Bali good for a honeymoon in the Delhi wedding season?
It can be. November to February is the wet season, but rain usually comes as an afternoon or evening storm, so mornings work for sightseeing. Villas are cheaper outside the New Year week. The main risk is the Nusa Penida boat, which may be cancelled in rough seas, so we keep that day flexible.
Do Indians need a visa for Bali?
Indian passport holders can get a 30-day visa on arrival for IDR 500,000, about ₹2,700, or apply online beforehand as an e-VOA, which we prepare and submit; approval is at the authority's discretion. Bali also charges a tourist levy of IDR 150,000, and the free All Indonesia arrival card must be filled within three days before landing.
How many days should we plan for Bali from Delhi?
Five nights covers Uluwatu, Ubud and a Nusa Penida day comfortably with the non-stop. Six nights suits families who want a calmer pace and an island night on Nusa Lembongan. Eight nights lets you stay on Nusa Penida and add Sidemen in east Bali, which most short trips miss.
Where should we stay first after the overnight flight?
Close to the airport. Uluwatu, Jimbaran and Sanur are 30–45 minutes from Denpasar airport, so you can rest within an hour of landing. Ubud is about 1½ hours away and better as the second stop. Ending in Ubud also works because the return flight leaves from the same airport.
Is North Indian food easy to find in Bali?
Yes, in the main tourist areas. Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Nusa Dua have several Indian restaurants with Punjabi dishes, tandoori breads and paneer; Ubud has fewer. Vegetarian food is easy everywhere, and Jain meals are possible with explanation at Indian restaurants or with a private villa cook.
Is Bali suitable for a family trip in the Delhi summer vacation?
Very. June is in Bali's dry season with calm seas, warm but not harsh weather and a welcome break from 45°C Delhi days. Sanur suits small children, Nusa Lembongan gives an easy island night, and Ubud adds culture. It is a popular time, so book flights and family villas by March.
Can we combine Bali with Singapore on a trip from Delhi?
Yes, using a Singapore Airlines or Scoot routing with a stopover. Singapore needs a visa arranged before travel for most Indian passport holders, so allow time for it. A typical plan is five nights in Bali and two or three in Singapore, flying back to Delhi from Singapore.
How do we book if your office is in Ahmedabad?
Everything is done on WhatsApp or phone. Our team sends a day-wise plan and quote, you pay online, and you receive flight tickets, the e-VOA, villa vouchers and the invoice as PDFs. During the trip our Bali ground partner and driver are reachable, with 24x7 backup from our team.
