Tour Packages from Delhi
Private, customised holidays for Delhi and NCR travellers – from IGI Airport or an overnight Volvo to the hills – planned by our team on WhatsApp and phone.
Delhi is the easiest city in India to start a holiday from. IGI Airport has non-stop flights to almost every place our clients ask about: Srinagar and Leh in about 1½ hours, Goa and Kochi in about 2½ to 3¼ hours, and Dubai, Bangkok, Hanoi and Singapore in roughly 3½ to 5½ hours. The hills of Himachal and Uttarakhand are an overnight Volvo or one long day's drive away, and Jaipur is a morning train ride. The harder part is choosing well – which hill station will not be jammed on a long weekend, whether Kashmir in January suits your parents, and whether a 4-night Thailand trip makes sense when weekday fares are lower.
Vibrant Holidays is a travel agency in Ahmedabad, in business since 2014. We do not have a Delhi office. Our travel experts plan trips for Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Ghaziabad families over WhatsApp and phone, send the day-wise itinerary, vouchers and invoice as PDFs, and stay reachable 24×7 while you are travelling. Every trip is private: your own dates, your own car and driver, and hotels you approve before you pay. We do not run group tours or escorted batches, so you never wait for strangers at breakfast.

Planning tips for travellers from Delhi
Airport and terminals
IGI Airport has three terminals. Most international flights and Air India use Terminal 3; IndiGo, Akasa and other domestic carriers are split between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 depending on the flight. Always check the terminal printed on your ticket the night before – the terminals are far apart, and a wrong drop-off can cost 30 to 45 minutes. From Gurugram allow about an hour to IGI; from Noida or east Delhi allow at least 1½ hours in peak traffic.
Trains and buses
New Delhi station handles the Shatabdi and Vande Bharat trains to Kalka, Dehradun, Kathgodam and Jaipur. Hazrat Nizamuddin is the starting point for many trains to Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and the South, and Anand Vihar Terminal serves eastern routes. For Himachal, the HRTC and private Volvos to Manali and Dharamshala leave in the evening from ISBT Kashmere Gate and Majnu ka Tilla. We usually suggest a private car for families with children or senior citizens, because the car stays with you for sightseeing as well.
School holidays and long weekends
Most Delhi schools close from mid-May or early June until the end of June, and for about two weeks in early January. These are the busiest weeks for Kashmir, Manali, Shimla and Nainital, so hotels in good locations fill two to three months ahead. Long weekends around Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, Dussehra, Diwali and Christmas push hill-station traffic to a crawl; leaving Delhi before 5 am or a day early makes a large difference.
Winter fog and summer heat
From mid-December to January, morning fog regularly delays flights and trains out of Delhi. For winter trips we prefer late-morning departures and avoid tight same-day connections. In May and June, when Delhi crosses 44°C, Ladakh, Kashmir, Spiti and the Kumaon hills are the natural escape – book these early.
Tour Packages from Delhi: FAQs
Do you have an office in Delhi?
No. Our office and team are in Ahmedabad, and we plan trips for Delhi and NCR travellers remotely. You discuss the trip on WhatsApp or phone, receive the itinerary and quote as a PDF, and pay by bank transfer or UPI against a proper invoice. Vouchers, hotel confirmations and driver details are shared before departure, and our team is reachable 24×7 during the trip.
Which destinations can I reach quickly from Delhi for a 3 or 4 night trip?
Srinagar and Leh are about 1½ hours by air, so both work well for 4 nights. By road, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Shimla, Nainital and Jaipur are reachable in a day. Abroad, Dubai at about 3½ to 4 hours and Bangkok at about 4½ hours suit a short break, especially with an early morning departure from IGI.
Is it better to take the Volvo or a private car from Delhi to Manali?
The overnight Volvo from ISBT Kashmere Gate is cheaper and fine for couples and young groups. For families with small children or parents, a private car is usually worth it: you can stop when needed, break the journey at Chandigarh or Mandi, and keep the same car for Solang, Kullu and Kasol sightseeing. We quote both options so you can compare.
Are flights included in your tour packages from Delhi?
Package prices on this page are land-only unless the package says otherwise, because fares from Delhi change daily. We can book flights or trains with the package so that pick-up times, hotel check-in and the itinerary match your actual schedule. If a flight is rescheduled, one team then handles both the airline change and the ground arrangements.
When should Delhi families book a summer vacation trip?
For travel between mid-May and the end of June, book Kashmir, Manali, Shimla and Ladakh by February or March. Good hotels and reasonable airfares go first, and Ladakh flights in June are among the most expensive domestic routes. International trips such as Dubai, Singapore or Bali also rise during Delhi school holidays, so booking eight to ten weeks ahead helps.
Can you arrange vegetarian or Jain food on trips from Delhi?
Yes. We ask the hotels in advance and confirm pure-veg or Jain meals in writing before you pay. In Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Himachal this is easy. In Ladakh, the Andaman Islands and some international destinations choices are narrower, and we tell you honestly where you may need to rely on hotel kitchens or a few specific restaurants.
Do you organise group tours or trips with a tour leader from Delhi?
No. Every trip we plan is private and customised, with your own dates and your own car and driver. Extended families, friends or office teams can travel as a private group on their own dates, and we plan hotels, vehicles and pacing around that group. A local guide can be added for specific sightseeing days where it helps.
