Dubai Tour Packages from Delhi
A non-stop roughly every hour from IGI Terminal 3, about 3½ to 4 hours in the air. Private Dubai trips for Delhi and NCR families, timed around fog season, school breaks and the Shopping Festival, with the UAE visa handled for you.
Delhi has more ways to reach Dubai than almost any Indian city. As of November 2026 there are over 30 non-stop departures a day from Indira Gandhi International Airport, flown by Emirates, flydubai, Air India, Air India Express and IndiGo, and all of them leave from Terminal 3. The flight is about 3½ hours out and a little longer back, and Dubai's clock is 1½ hours behind Delhi's. Because the flight itself is easy, the decisions that shape a Delhi family's Dubai holiday sit elsewhere: which departure hour suits your first day, how to protect a December or January trip from Delhi's morning fog, whether your children's winter break overlaps the Shopping Festival, and where in Dubai the Punjabi dinners and the gold shops are.
This page is written for travellers in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. It covers what a Dubai package costs by hotel class, the IGI departure slots and how each changes day one, a fog-season plan, the UAE visa rules as of November 2026, three itineraries, a Delhi holiday calendar and food and shopping notes. Every trip is private and customised; it is planned by our team in Ahmedabad and booked on WhatsApp or phone. We have no Delhi office.

Dubai package cost from Delhi, by hotel class
24 Dubai packages are on sale on our site, from ₹17,500 per person. The bands below are per person for two adults in one room, with the air ticket left out. They include the hotel and breakfast, private transfers from and to the airport, the 30-day UAE tourist e-visa, a guided half-day city tour, an afternoon desert safari with barbecue dinner, a dhow cruise with dinner and an off-peak Burj Khalifa ticket for levels 124–125.
| Length | Standard – 3-star, Deira / Bur Dubai / Karama | Deluxe – 4-star, Al Barsha / Business Bay | Premium – 5-star, Downtown / Marina / Palm |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 nights – city, desert and cruise | ₹27,000 – 33,500 | ₹36,000 – 46,500 | ₹62,000 – 92,000 |
| 4 nights – plus an Abu Dhabi day with the mandir and Grand Mosque | ₹32,500 – 41,000 | ₹44,000 – 57,000 | ₹72,000 – 1,08,000 |
| 5 nights – plus Global Village, Miracle Garden and a theme park | ₹38,500 – 49,000 | ₹52,000 – 67,000 | ₹87,000 – 1,32,000 |
| 6 nights – 4 in Dubai, 2 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi | ₹46,000 – 58,000 | ₹60,000 – 79,000 | ₹1,02,000 – 1,55,000 |
Airfare from Delhi: with so many daily non-stops, a return economy ticket from IGI usually costs about ₹22,000 – 34,000 per person when booked four to eight weeks ahead. In the Diwali week, the last ten days of December and the first week of the January school break, expect ₹38,000 – 55,000. Low-cost fares often carry only cabin baggage or a small checked allowance, so price the kilos before comparing with Emirates or Air India.
Not in the bands: a sunset or level-148 Burj Khalifa ticket, theme parks (about ₹7,500 – 10,000 per adult each), quad bikes at the camp, meals not named in the plan, the hotel's Tourism Dirham where it is charged, and the refundable card deposit hotels take at check-in. The Museum of the Future has been closed since 1 September 2026 for new exhibits and is due back in 2027, so it is not in this season's plans. A line-by-line budget is in our Dubai trip cost from India guide.
Flying from IGI: Terminal 3, getting there and departure slots
Flight details below are as of November 2026. Airlines change timings every season, so we confirm the exact flight on your quote.
Reaching Terminal 3
- Every Delhi–Dubai non-stop leaves from Terminal 3, including IndiGo, whose domestic flights mostly use Terminal 1. A cab driver who hears "IndiGo" may head for T1, so say "T3, international" when you book the car.
- Airport Express metro: the Orange Line runs from New Delhi railway station to the T3 station in about 20 minutes, roughly every 10 – 15 minutes from about 5 am to 11 pm, for about ₹60. It is good for a daytime flight with light bags from central or west Delhi; it does not run for 3 am departures.
- By road in normal traffic: about 30 – 45 minutes from Dwarka, south Delhi or Gurugram's Cyber City; 60 – 90 minutes from Noida, Ghaziabad or east Delhi; longer at evening peak and in the fog months. Reach T3 three hours before departure.
Airlines and airports
| To | From Delhi | When it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai International (DXB) | Emirates, flydubai, Air India, Air India Express, IndiGo | The standard choice; Emirates uses DXB Terminal 3, the others mostly Terminals 1 or 2 |
| Abu Dhabi (AUH) | Etihad, Air India, IndiGo, Air India Express | Fly into Abu Dhabi and out of Dubai on a 6-night plan with Yas Island nights |
| Sharjah (SHJ) | Air Arabia and Indian low-cost carriers | Sometimes cheapest; 30 – 60 minutes to Dubai hotels |
How the departure hour shapes day one
| Leave IGI | Land Dubai (local) | Day one in Dubai |
|---|---|---|
| Around 3 – 5 am | About 5 – 7 am | Room booked from the night before so you can sleep; Dubai Mall and the Fountain in the evening |
| Around 8 – 11 am | About 10 am – 1 pm | Lunch, check-in by mid-afternoon, an evening dhow cruise – best for families with parents |
| Around 2 – 6 pm | About 4 – 8 pm | Check-in and dinner only; good after a half day at work |
| Around 8 – 11 pm | About 10 pm – 1 am | Straight to bed; full sightseeing from the next morning |
Flights between India and the UAE were disrupted for some days in March 2026 during the West Asia conflict and, as of November 2026, are running normally. We recommend travel insurance with trip-delay cover and can add it to any plan.
Planning a December–January Dubai trip around Delhi fog
Dubai's best weather – 18 to 26°C – arrives exactly when Delhi's dense fog season does, from mid-December to late January. In that window last season, fog led to hundreds of delays and well over a hundred cancellations at IGI on the worst mornings. Dubai itself is clear; the risk is at the Delhi end, on both the outbound and the return.
- Choose a late-morning or afternoon departure. Fog is usually thickest from late night until about 10 am. A flight at noon or later is far less likely to be held than a 6 am one.
- Do not make day one tight. We keep the first evening light – a mall and the Fountain rather than a pre-paid desert safari – so a three-hour delay costs nothing.
- Watch the return too. Early-morning arrivals into Delhi in fog are sometimes held in the air or diverted to another city. A Dubai departure that lands in Delhi in the afternoon is safer for anyone with work or school the next day.
Families who want the Shopping Festival without the fog risk can travel in the first half of December, when Dubai is already cool and fog at IGI is less frequent.
UAE visa for Delhi travellers (as of November 2026)
- Who needs it: every Indian passport holder, unless eligible for visa on arrival. The usual choice for a holiday is the 30-day single-entry tourist e-visa, which comes as a PDF; there is no embassy visit.
- Cost: the government fee is about AED 265 including VAT. With the licensed sponsor's charge and insurance, most travellers pay about ₹7,000 – 9,000 per person; it is already inside the package bands above.
- What we need on WhatsApp: colour scans of the passport's first and last pages (valid six months beyond travel), a photo on a white background and a PAN card copy. Business owners from Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh or Sadar Bazar with irregular credits are sometimes asked for a bank statement; we say so upfront.
- Timing: three to five working days is normal. For Christmas and the January break, send documents three to four weeks ahead.
- Visa on arrival: Indians holding a valid US visa or green card, an EU visa or residence permit, or residence in a few other listed countries can usually get it at the airport. Reports in July 2026 said UK-only visa holders are being dropped from the scheme, so do not rely on a UK visa alone; we check your case before you book.
We prepare and submit your application through a licensed UAE sponsor; approval is at the discretion of the UAE immigration authority. Types, fees and refusal reasons are explained on our Dubai visa guide for Indians.

Delhi school holidays and the Dubai calendar, 2026–27
- Winter break: Delhi government schools usually close for the first half of January, and the break is often extended in cold waves; many private schools also close in the last week of December. That overlaps the Shopping Festival (4 December 2026 to 17 January 2027), so hotels and fares are high – book by October or early November.
- Summer vacation: roughly mid-May to the end of June. Dubai is 38 – 42°C with sea humidity, which feels heavier than Delhi's dry heat. Plans move indoors – Ski Dubai, aquariums, water parks, malls – and outdoor sights go to early morning or after sunset. Five-star hotels are at their cheapest.
- November: when Delhi's air quality is often at its worst, Dubai is 23 – 31°C and clear. Global Village and Miracle Garden are open, and the weeks after Diwali are quieter than December.
- Ramadan 2027: expected from about the second week of February to the second week of March. Sights and malls stay open, but daytime eating in public is restricted and some restaurants open only after sunset.
| Month | Dubai | In Delhi | Price level |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | 18 – 25°C; Shopping Festival to 17 Jan | Winter break; fog mornings | High |
| February | 19 – 26°C; Ramadan from mid-month (2027) | Wedding season; pre-board exams | High, softer in Ramadan |
| March | 22 – 30°C; Eid holidays | Board exams; Holi | Medium; Eid week high |
| April | 26 – 34°C | New school session | Medium |
| May – June | 32 – 42°C | Summer vacation; 44°C at home | Hotels low, flights high |
| July – August | 35 – 43°C, humid | Monsoon; schools open | Lowest |
| September | Hot, humidity easing | Pitru Paksha keeps many families home | Low |
| October | 27 – 35°C; Global Village reopens | Navratri, Dussehra; Diwali late in the month in 2027 | Medium-high |
| November | 23 – 31°C | Smog season; post-Diwali lull | Medium, high in Diwali week |
| December | 18 – 26°C; Shopping Festival from 4 Dec | Christmas week; fog from mid-month | Highest after 20 December |
Food, gold and shopping tips for Delhi families in Dubai
Punjabi, North Indian and vegetarian food
- Punjabi food is everywhere. Karama, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha and Deira have dhabas and family restaurants serving dal makhani, chole bhature, parathas, tandoori platters and butter chicken; several well-known Delhi restaurant names have Dubai branches. All meat in the UAE is halal.
- Pure-veg and Jain: Bur Dubai and Karama have many vegetarian restaurants, including thali places that cook without onion and garlic. We note Jain needs on hotel and camp vouchers.
- Langar: the gurudwara in Jebel Ali serves langar daily, and many Delhi families make it part of their trip.
- Desert camp and cruise: both have vegetarian counters; ask for the vegetarian dishes to be served before the grill.
Gold and shopping
- Compare with Karol Bagh or Dariba Kalan the same morning. Dubai shops price gold at the day's rate by weight plus a making charge, and making charges are where bargaining happens. Ask for the purity on the invoice.
- Customs on return: the higher jewellery allowance is for Indians who have lived abroad over a year. On a short holiday check the current duty-free limit before you buy, and declare anything above it at the red channel in IGI.
- Baggage: add checked kilos when you book; it costs much less online than at the DXB counter on the way back.

How much does a Dubai tour package from Delhi cost?
Our Dubai packages currently start at ₹17,500 per person for 2 nights. Most of our Dubai packages fall between ₹35,500 and ₹71,500 per person. The final cost depends on the travel month, hotel category, number of travellers and whether flights from Delhi are added. Open any package below to see exactly what is included, or ask us for a quote with flights.
How long is the flight from Delhi to Dubai?
About 3½ hours on a non-stop from IGI, and a few minutes more on the return. Dubai is 1½ hours behind India, so a 10 am departure from Delhi lands at about noon local time. Add the drive to Terminal 3 and three hours for check-in and security when you plan the day.
Which terminal at Delhi airport do Dubai flights use?
Terminal 3. As of November 2026 every international flight at IGI, including IndiGo and Air India Express flights to Dubai, departs from T3, even though IndiGo's domestic flights mostly use Terminal 1. Tell your cab driver "T3 international" to avoid a wrong drop-off that can cost half an hour.
Is it safe to plan a Dubai trip from Delhi in December or January?
Yes, with the right flight. Dubai has its best weather then, but fog at IGI delays early-morning flights. Choose a departure around midday or later, keep the first evening free of pre-paid activities, and prefer a return that lands in Delhi in the afternoon. Travel insurance with delay cover helps.
Which airlines fly non-stop from Delhi to Dubai?
As of November 2026, Emirates, flydubai, Air India, Air India Express and IndiGo fly non-stop from IGI to Dubai International, with more than 30 departures a day between them. Etihad, Air India and IndiGo also fly to Abu Dhabi, useful for an open-jaw trip. We compare fares with baggage before recommending one.
Is Punjabi and North Indian food easy to find in Dubai?
Very easy. Karama, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha and Deira have Punjabi dhabas and family restaurants, and some Delhi restaurant names have branches in Dubai. Vegetarian and Jain thalis are common in Bur Dubai. The gurudwara in Jebel Ali serves langar, and desert camps and dhow cruises have vegetarian counters.
Is gold cheaper in Dubai than in Delhi?
Often slightly, because of lower taxes, but the saving depends on the making charge and on Indian customs when you return. Compare the Gold Souk price with a Karol Bagh or Dariba Kalan quote the same day, insist on an invoice showing purity, and check the current duty-free allowance before buying.
Do Delhi residents need a visa for Dubai?
Yes. Indian passport holders need a UAE visa before flying, usually the 30-day tourist e-visa, costing about ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 all in as of November 2026. Holders of a valid US visa or green card or an EU visa may get visa on arrival. We prepare and submit the application; approval rests with the UAE authorities.
When is the Dubai Shopping Festival in 2026–27?
The 32nd Dubai Shopping Festival runs from 4 December 2026 to 17 January 2027. It overlaps the Delhi school winter break in early January and the Christmas–New Year week, so hotel rates and fares from Delhi peak then. Early December gives festival sales with fewer crowds and less fog risk at IGI.
Is Dubai too hot in the Delhi summer vacation?
It is hot, about 38 to 42°C, and more humid than Delhi. It works if the plan stays indoors by day – Ski Dubai, aquariums, water parks and malls – with outdoor sights at sunrise or after sunset. Hotels, especially five-star resorts, are at their lowest rates in June, though flights from Delhi rise in the vacation weeks.
Do you have a Delhi office?
No. Our team works from C G Road in Ahmedabad and plans Delhi and NCR trips over WhatsApp and phone, Monday to Saturday. You receive a written itinerary with hotel names and prices, send visa documents on WhatsApp, pay online against an invoice, and get vouchers, tickets and the e-visa as PDFs before leaving.
