Tour Packages from Hyderabad

Holidays for Hyderabad and Secunderabad families from RGIA or by train – Kerala, Kashmir, Goa, Dubai and Southeast Asia – private trips planned on WhatsApp and phone.

Hyderabad travellers usually plan around two things: the heat of April and May, and the holiday calendar of Sankranti, summer and Dasara. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad makes most escapes simple. Goa and Bengaluru are about 1¼ hours away, Kochi about 1¾, Jaipur about two, and Srinagar has non-stop flights on some schedules. Dubai, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are each roughly four hours from RGIA, which puts a five-night international holiday within easy reach. Closer home, Araku Valley, Tirupati and Srisailam can be done by train or road.

Vibrant Holidays is a travel agency based in Ahmedabad that has planned holidays since 2014. We do not have a Hyderabad office. Our travel experts plan your trip on WhatsApp and phone, share the day-wise itinerary, hotel options and invoice as PDFs, and stay reachable 24×7 while you travel. Every trip is private – your own dates, your own car and driver, and hotels you approve before paying. We do not run group tours.

Below are our tour packages from Hyderabad, grouped into India and international, with live prices. After them you will find a table of travel times from Hyderabad to fifteen popular destinations, planning tips on RGIA, Secunderabad and Kacheguda stations and Telangana's school holidays, and answers to the questions Hyderabad families ask us most often.

Planning tips for travellers from Hyderabad

Getting to RGIA

RGIA is at Shamshabad, south of the city, on a single integrated terminal for domestic and international flights. From Hitec City, Gachibowli or Banjara Hills allow about 45 minutes to an hour; from Secunderabad, Kompally or Uppal allow at least 1¼ hours, more on weekday evenings. The airport expressway is quick once you reach it, but city traffic to the ORR is unpredictable.

Railway stations

Hyderabad has several long-distance stations. Secunderabad handles the largest number of trains, including the Vande Bharat to Visakhapatnam and many trains to Tirupati, Chennai and the North. Kacheguda serves Bengaluru and parts of the South; Hyderabad Deccan (Nampally) and the newer Cherlapally terminal handle others. We always mention the departure station on your itinerary.

School holidays and festivals

Telangana schools usually give a Sankranti break in mid-January, a summer vacation from late April to around mid-June, and a Dasara break of about two weeks in late September or October. These three windows are the busiest travel periods from Hyderabad. Kashmir, Himachal and Ooty are in highest demand in May, while Dasara is a good time for Rajasthan, Kerala and Dubai.

Escaping the summer heat

In April and May Hyderabad regularly crosses 40°C. Hill destinations are the obvious choice, but they are also the most crowded. If your dates allow, Kashmir in late April, Sikkim in early May or Bali and Singapore offer pleasant weather with fewer crowds than Manali or Ooty at the peak of the holidays.

Tour Packages from Hyderabad: FAQs

Do you have an office in Hyderabad?

No. Vibrant Holidays is based in Ahmedabad, and our team plans trips for Hyderabad and Secunderabad travellers remotely. We discuss the trip on WhatsApp or phone, send a PDF itinerary and quote, and share vouchers, hotel confirmations and driver details before departure. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI against an invoice, and our support line works 24×7 during the trip.

Which holidays from Hyderabad work best for 4 or 5 nights?

Goa, Kerala and Coorg are short flights or easy connections and suit four or five nights. Abroad, Dubai, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are each about four hours from RGIA, so a five-night trip leaves plenty of time on the ground. Kashmir also works in five nights when a non-stop flight is available on your dates.

Where should Hyderabad families travel in the May summer vacation?

Kashmir, Himachal, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Ooty and Kodaikanal are the cool choices, and all are in high demand during Telangana school holidays. Book by February for good hotels. For something less crowded, consider Kashmir in late April, Sikkim in early May, or Singapore and Bali, where the weather is pleasant and air-conditioned attractions keep children comfortable.

Are flights included in your tour packages from Hyderabad?

Most package prices on this page are land-only, because airfares from Hyderabad change daily and vary sharply around Sankranti, summer and Dasara. We can book flights or trains together with the package, so that pick-up times and hotel check-ins match the real schedule. If an airline reschedules, our team adjusts the ground arrangements for you.

Can you plan Tirupati or Araku Valley trips from Hyderabad?

Yes. Tirupati can be done by flight, overnight train or road, and we arrange hotels and a car for Tirumala and nearby temples; darshan tickets are booked through the official TTD system. Araku Valley is best combined with Visakhapatnam, reached by the Vande Bharat from Secunderabad or a short flight, with the Araku train journey as the highlight.

Can you arrange vegetarian food on trips from Hyderabad?

Yes. We ask hotels in advance and confirm vegetarian or Jain meals in writing before you pay. South Indian vegetarian food is easy to find across Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. In Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andaman Islands and Southeast Asia, choices are narrower, and we tell you honestly which hotels and restaurants you can rely on.

Do you organise group tours from Hyderabad?

No. Every trip is private and planned around your family or friends: your own dates, your own car and driver, and hotels you have approved. Larger families or office teams can travel as a private group on their own dates, and we arrange suitable vehicles and room combinations. Local guides can be added for specific sightseeing days.
