Bali Tour Packages from Bangalore
Board at KIA after midnight, land in Denpasar mid-morning – private Bali holidays planned around the only non-stop from south India, with villas, visa paperwork and vegetarian meals sorted.
Bangalore has an advantage most Indian cities do not: a daily non-stop to Bali. IndiGo's flight leaves Kempegowda International Airport just before 1 am and lands at Ngurah Rai, Denpasar, around 10 in the morning local time. That means no midnight connection in Kuala Lumpur and no paying for an extra hotel night on the way. It also means you arrive after a short, broken sleep, and the return leaves Bali before noon. Both facts should shape the itinerary, and most online packages ignore them.
This page is for travellers from Bengaluru and nearby towns such as Mysuru and Hosur. It sets out package costs without flights, compares the non-stop with one-stop options, explains the entry paperwork as of November 2026, gives three day-wise plans built around the red-eye arrival and late-morning departure, maps Bali onto Karnataka school holidays and 2026–27 long weekends, is frank about the November–March wet season, and covers South Indian vegetarian and Jain food on the island. Our team in Ahmedabad plans every trip; there is no Bangalore office, and you book on WhatsApp or phone. Each holiday is private, with your own car and English-speaking driver in Bali.

Bali package cost from Bangalore (2026–27)
We have 24 Bali packages on sale, starting at ₹10,999 per person. The grid shows per-person costs on twin sharing, without airfare and without the visa and levy. Each includes stays with breakfast, a private air-conditioned car and driver for transfers and touring days, and the sightseeing named in the plan.
| Length and route | Budget (3★ or shared-pool villa) | Mid-range (4★ or 1-bedroom private pool villa) | Top end (5★ or luxury villa) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 nights: Jimbaran 1 + Ubud 2 + Nusa Dua 1 | ₹21,000 – 27,000 | ₹31,000 – 41,000 | ₹53,000 – 82,000 |
| 5 nights: Sanur 1 + Ubud 2 + Seminyak 2 | ₹26,000 – 33,000 | ₹37,000 – 49,000 | ₹63,000 – 97,000 |

Airfare from Bengaluru: as of November 2026, the IndiGo non-stop and the better one-stops via Singapore or Kuala Lumpur usually price at about ₹26,000 – 42,000 per person return in economy when booked six to eight weeks ahead. Around Christmas–New Year and the April–May school holidays, expect roughly ₹40,000 – 60,000. The non-stop has no free meal or seat-back screen but saves four to six hours each way; we show you both options with the real difference.
Entry costs per person: the e-VOA or visa on arrival is IDR 500,000 (about ₹2,700) and the Bali tourist levy IDR 150,000 (about ₹800). We list both on the quote so the total is complete.
Extra on the ground: temple tickets and sarong hire, the Bali swing, Mount Batur sunrise trek, rafting or ATV, Waterbom, spa sessions, beach-club minimum spends, meals outside the plan and the driver's tip. Each has an estimate on the quote.
Flights from KIA: the midnight non-stop or a one-stop
All international flights at Kempegowda operate from Terminal 2, the newer terminal with the garden interiors, so that is where both the non-stop and the one-stop departures begin.
| Routing (as of November 2026) | Airlines | Typical journey | Lands in Bali | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bengaluru → Denpasar non-stop | IndiGo (6E 1605 / 1606) | About 7 hours flying | Around 10 am, after a roughly 1 am departure | Most couples and families |
| Via Singapore | Singapore Airlines, Scoot | About 9–12 hours with connection | Varies; often afternoon | Adding Singapore nights; full-service comfort |
| Via Kuala Lumpur | Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia, Batik Air | About 9–13 hours | Varies | Lowest fares; a Malaysia stop |
| Via Bangkok | Thai Airways, Thai AirAsia | About 10–13 hours | Varies | Combining Bali with Thailand |
- The non-stop in practice: recent flight data shows IndiGo operating the route every day, leaving KIA at about 00:50–00:55 and arriving around 10:15 Bali time. The return 6E 1606 leaves Denpasar at about 11:15 and lands back at KIA around 3:15 pm. Timings shift with each schedule season, so we reconfirm when booking.
- Reaching KIA at night: plan to be at T2 by about 10 pm for a 1 am departure. From Electronic City, Whitefield or Sarjapur Road that means leaving home around 8:30 pm on a weekday, as the Hebbal stretch can still be slow in the evening.
- Bali is 2½ hours ahead of India. The 10 am landing feels like 7:30 am to your body, after perhaps four hours of sleep.
- Baggage: the non-stop includes the normal IndiGo international allowance; on Scoot, AirAsia and Batik checked baggage is sold separately, so we add it at booking.
- When a one-stop is better: if you want two or three nights in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur on the way, or if non-stop fares jump on peak dates. Singapore needs a visa arranged before travel; Malaysia is visa-free for Indians for now. See our Singapore visa guide and Malaysia visa guide.
Entry rules for Indian passports (as of November 2026)
- e-VOA or visa on arrival: 30 days, extendable once by 30 days, IDR 500,000. Applying online in advance avoids the payment queue after a night flight, which matters at 10 am when several long-haul arrivals land together. We prepare and submit the e-VOA with your passport scan and photo; approval is at the discretion of the Indonesian immigration authority.
- Bali tourist levy: IDR 150,000 per person, paid on the provincial Love Bali portal before travel or at the airport. Keep the QR voucher on your phone.
- All Indonesia arrival card: a free online form combining customs and health declarations, best completed within three days of arrival. It shows a QR code that immigration and customs scan.
Your passport needs at least six months' validity and a blank page. Our Bali visa guide for Indians covers documents, extensions and common mistakes in detail. Rules change; we check them again before you fly.
Three Bali itineraries for the Bangalore red-eye
Two rules shape these plans. Day one should start close to the airport, because nobody wants a 90-minute drive to Ubud after a night flight. And the last night should also be near the airport, because the 11:15 departure means leaving the hotel by about 8:30 am.
5 nights – honeymoon (Sanur, Ubud, Seminyak)
- Day 1: Land around 10 am; 25 minutes to Sanur. Early check-in requested, a long nap, then a slow evening on the beach path and a candle-light dinner.
- Day 2: Drive to Ubud with stops at Celuk silver village and Tegenungan waterfall; check in to a jungle-view private pool villa.
- Day 3: Tegalalang terraces at 7 am before the crowds, Tirta Empul spring temple, a coffee plantation and the swing; couple massage in the afternoon.
- Day 4: Floating breakfast, then to Seminyak via Tanah Lot at sunset.
- Day 5: Uluwatu temple and Kecak dance at sunset; dinner on Jimbaran sand.
- Day 6: Seminyak is about 30 minutes from the airport; breakfast and the 11:15 flight home, landing at KIA mid-afternoon.
6 nights – family trip in the summer holidays
- Day 1: Arrive and go to Nusa Dua (20 minutes); a resort with a kids' club and a calm lagoon beach. Rest.
- Day 2: Tanjung Benoa water sports and the glass-bottom boat to Turtle Island; Garuda Wisnu Kencana park in the evening.
- Day 3: To Ubud via Bali Safari and Marine Park; family villa with a pool.
- Day 4: Monkey Forest, Ubud palace and a vegetarian Balinese cooking class the children can join.
- Day 5: Kintamani volcano view with lunch, Tegalalang terraces, then to Jimbaran.
- Day 6: Waterbom in Kuta or a free pool day.
- Day 7: Fifteen minutes to the airport for the late-morning flight.
4 nights – Christmas long weekend for couples or friends
- Thursday 24 December 2026, night: leave KIA on the post-midnight flight.
- Friday 25: land mid-morning, Uluwatu cliff hotel, beach club afternoon, Kecak dance.
- Saturday 26: fast boat to Nusa Penida for Kelingking and Broken Beach; back by evening if the sea allows, otherwise swap with a Sunday Ubud day.
- Sunday 27: Ubud highlights by private car; night in Jimbaran.
- Monday 28: breakfast, airport, home by mid-afternoon – one day of leave used.
Every plan is private, with your own car and driver for up to about 10 hours a day. Larger families or friend groups travel as a private group in a minivan, often sharing a three- or four-bedroom pool villa.
Karnataka school holidays and long weekends (2026–27)
For Karnataka state-syllabus schools, the 2026–27 calendar gave a Dasara break from 3 to 21 October 2026, and the second term runs to 10 April 2027, with summer vacation from 11 April. CBSE and ICSE schools in the city set their own dates, usually a shorter October break and a summer holiday from mid-April or later, so check your school's circular.
| Window | Dates | Bali conditions | Our advice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Christmas long weekend | Friday 25 – Sunday 27 December 2026 | Wet season, peak prices | Book now; take one day of leave for four nights |
| Sankranti long weekend | Friday 15 – Sunday 17 January 2027 | Wet season; prices ease after New Year | Good value for couples |
| Republic Day | Tuesday 26 January 2027 | Wet; mornings often clear | Take Monday off for a four-night trip |
| Nyepi (Bali closes) | Tuesday 9 March 2027 | Airport shut for 24 hours | Avoid arriving or leaving that day |
| Good Friday | Friday 26 – Sunday 28 March 2027 | Rain easing | A sensible shoulder-season weekend |
| Ugadi and summer vacation | Ugadi Wednesday 7 April; school holidays from 11 April 2027 | Dry season begins | Book family trips by February |
| Dasara break 2027 | Usually late September to October | Dry, before the rains | Book once your school publishes dates |
Because the non-stop is a single daily flight, seats on the Thursday-night and Friday-night departures before a long weekend sell first. We hold fares early when you are unsure of exact dates.
November to March: the wet season, honestly
Anyone who has lived through a Karnataka monsoon will recognise the pattern, and Bali's wet season is in some ways gentler than the city's October cloudbursts. It is also the season in which a large share of our Bali enquiries from the city arrive, because of Christmas and the long weekends above.
- What to expect: warm days of 24–31°C, high humidity, and usually a heavy shower or thunderstorm for an hour or two, often in the afternoon. Some days are wet throughout, especially in January.
- Plan mornings for sightseeing: terraces, temples and the swing before 11 am; villa, spa or a cooking class after lunch.
- Sea crossings: boats to Nusa Penida are sometimes cancelled from December to February. We keep that day flexible and offer sheltered Nusa Lembongan as a fallback.
- Beaches on the west coast (Kuta, Seminyak) collect rubbish washed in by the rains in these months; Nusa Dua and Sanur on the east side are cleaner.
- Prices: outside 20 December to 5 January, villas cost noticeably less than in July–August.
If dry weather matters most, choose April to October. If dates are fixed by leave and holidays, the wet season still makes a good trip with the right plan.
Bali month by month for Bangalore travellers
| Month | Weather | Good for | Price level |
|---|---|---|---|
| January – February | Wettest months | Villa-centred honeymoons, Sankranti weekend | Low after 5 January |
| March | Rain easing; Nyepi 9 March 2027 | Good Friday weekend | Low-medium |
| April – May | Dry season starts, green landscape | Karnataka summer holidays, families | Medium; flights rise |
| June | Dry, pleasant | Couples before the European rush | Medium |
| July – August | Driest, coolest evenings | Everything, including Nusa Penida | Highest outside New Year |
| September – October | Dry, warm | Dasara break trips | Medium-high |
| November | Rains begin | Value trips, quieter Ubud | Medium-low |
| December | Wet, festive | Christmas weekend | Peak from 20 December |
South Indian vegetarian and Jain food in Bali
- Where Indian food is easy: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua and Ubud all have Indian restaurants. Most menus are North Indian; a few list dosa, idli and South Indian thalis, mainly around Kuta and Seminyak. Do not expect filter coffee.
- Balinese vegetarian food: tempeh, tofu, gado-gado, vegetable nasi campur and fresh fruit are everywhere, and Ubud has many vegetarian and vegan cafés. Ask for no shrimp paste (terasi), which hides in many sauces and sambals.
- Breakfast: resort buffets cover bread, eggs, fruit and noodles; we ask villas for upma, poha or parathas where they can make them, and say honestly where they cannot.
- Jain travellers: genuinely limited. Root vegetables, onion and garlic are in most Balinese and Indian cooking. Larger resorts can prepare Jain meals with notice, and a private villa with a cook, briefed in writing, works best. Many Jain families carry ready-to-eat packs, khakhra and thepla.
- Packing: light cottons, a rain jacket from November to March, a sarong or long skirt for temples (or hire one), mosquito repellent, and a universal plug adapter – Bali uses the two-pin European type.

How much does a Bali tour package from Bangalore cost?
Our Bali packages currently start at ₹10,999 per person for 3 nights. Most of our Bali packages fall between ₹26,999 and ₹55,000 per person. The final cost depends on the travel month, hotel category, number of travellers and whether flights from Bangalore are added. Open any package below to see exactly what is included, or ask us for a quote with flights.
Is there a direct flight from Bangalore to Bali?
Yes. As of November 2026 IndiGo flies non-stop from Kempegowda International Airport to Denpasar daily, leaving around 12:50 to 12:55 am and landing about 10:15 am Bali time, roughly seven hours in the air. The return leaves Bali around 11:15 am and lands back home mid-afternoon. We reconfirm timings when booking.
Which KIA terminal do Bali flights use?
Terminal 2. All international flights at Kempegowda, including the IndiGo non-stop and one-stop departures via Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok, operate from T2. For the roughly 1 am non-stop, aim to reach the terminal by about 10 pm, and allow extra time from Electronic City or Whitefield.
Non-stop or one-stop: which is better from Bangalore?
For most couples and families the non-stop wins, because it saves four to six hours and avoids a midnight connection. A one-stop via Singapore or Kuala Lumpur makes sense if you want a city stopover, prefer a full-service airline with meals, or if non-stop fares jump on peak dates. We show both fares for your dates.
What does a return flight to Bali cost?
As of November 2026, an economy return from KIA usually costs about ₹26,000 to 42,000 per person when booked six to eight weeks ahead. Christmas, New Year and the April–May holidays push it to roughly ₹40,000 to 60,000. Fares change daily, so we quote live prices alongside the package.
What do Indians need to enter Bali in November 2026?
An e-VOA or visa on arrival (IDR 500,000, 30 days, extendable once), the Bali tourist levy of IDR 150,000, and the free All Indonesia arrival card filled online before landing. Your passport needs six months of validity. We prepare and submit the e-VOA, but approval rests with Indonesian immigration.
How should we plan the first day after the overnight flight?
Stay close to the airport. After a 1 am departure you land around 10 am with little sleep, so we book Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran or Uluwatu for the first night, request early check-in and keep the afternoon free. Ubud, about 90 minutes away, comes on day two.
Is Bali worth visiting from November to March?
Yes, with the right plan. It is the wet season, usually with an afternoon downpour rather than all-day rain, and villas cost less outside the Christmas–New Year fortnight. Sightseeing goes in the mornings, and Nusa Penida boats can be cancelled from December to February, so we keep that day flexible.
When are the best holidays for a family trip from Bangalore?
Karnataka state-board schools break for summer from 11 April 2027, which coincides with the start of Bali dry season, so April and May are ideal. The Dasara break, 3 to 21 October in 2026, is also dry in Bali. CBSE and ICSE dates differ, so check your school calendar before we hold flights.
Can we get South Indian vegetarian food in Bali?
Some. Indian restaurants in Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua and Ubud mostly serve North Indian dishes, and a few offer dosa, idli and South Indian thalis. Balinese vegetarian food such as tempeh, tofu and gado-gado is easy to find, but ask for no shrimp paste. Villas can sometimes make upma or poha for breakfast.
Is Bali suitable for Jain travellers?
It is possible but limited. Onion, garlic and root vegetables appear in most local and Indian cooking. Larger resorts can prepare Jain meals with advance notice, and a private villa with a cook briefed in writing works best. Many Jain families carry ready-to-eat food as back-up, and we tell you honestly what each hotel can manage.
Do you have an office in Bangalore?
No. Vibrant Holidays is based in Ahmedabad and has planned trips for 11 years. Bengaluru clients plan with us on WhatsApp or phone, pay online, and receive the itinerary, vouchers and invoice as PDFs. During the trip a 24x7 WhatsApp line and our Bali ground partner handle any changes.
