The easiest first international trip with children – 71 Singapore packages with direct flights from Ahmedabad, e-visa handled and Indian food every evening.

Singapore is the destination we recommend when a Gujarati family asks for their first trip abroad with children and grandparents together. It is clean, safe, English-speaking and compact; the flight from Ahmedabad is non-stop and about five and a half hours; Little India has more pure-vegetarian and Jain restaurants than most Indian cities; and Universal Studios, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay and the Night Safari fill four days without a single long drive. Honeymooners like it for the Marina Bay skyline and the easy add-on of Bali or a cruise.

Below are our live Singapore packages. After them we explain the 2026 price structure, the e-visa process from Ahmedabad, three day-wise itineraries, an attraction ticket table so you know exactly what is in your package, the best months to go, and how to decide between Singapore alone, Singapore plus Malaysia, and Singapore plus Bali.

Singapore tour package price guide (2026)

Singapore packages on this page start at ₹21,500 per person. Singapore is more expensive per night than Thailand or Malaysia mainly because of hotel rates and attraction tickets, so the biggest savings come from choosing the right hotel area and including only the attractions you will actually use. The bands below are per person on twin sharing, excluding international flights, and include transfers, breakfast and the attractions named in the itinerary.

TripStandard (3★)Deluxe (4★)Premium (5★ / Marina Bay)

Add for flights: Ahmedabad–Singapore return fares are usually ₹22,000 – 34,000 per person when booked 6–8 weeks ahead, and ₹40,000 or more in Diwali week, Christmas–New Year and the May vacation. Usually extra on the ground: the Singapore e-visa (we apply for you and bill it at cost), Universal Studios Express Pass, the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, cable-car upgrades at Sentosa, meals not mentioned and shopping. The attraction table below shows the typical ticket cost of everything, so you can see what a package that "excludes USS" is really hiding.

How to reach Singapore from Ahmedabad

  • Non-stop Ahmedabad–Singapore: direct flights from SVPI Airport reach Changi in about 5 h 30 min. Singapore is 2 h 30 min ahead of India, so a late-night departure lands you in the morning with a full day ahead. We book flights with the package and our Changi representative meets you at the arrival hall.
  • One-stop options: when the direct fare is high, connections via Mumbai, Delhi, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur can be ₹4,000 – 8,000 cheaper per person. For Singapore + Malaysia combinations we often fly into Singapore and out of Kuala Lumpur so you do not backtrack.
  • Singapore to Malaysia: a luxury coach from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur takes about 5–6 hours including the border crossing at Woodlands or Tuas; a flight takes 1 hour. For Gujarati groups we normally use the coach for the scenery and the cost saving; for honeymooners we fly.
  • Singapore to Bali: about 2 h 40 min by direct flight – the reason Singapore + Bali is our most popular honeymoon combination from Ahmedabad.
  • Getting around Singapore: packages include private airport transfers and coach or private-car sightseeing. For free time, the MRT (metro) is spotless and safe – a tourist pass covers unlimited rides – and Grab taxis are reliable. Little India, Orchard Road, Marina Bay and Sentosa are all on the MRT.

Singapore itineraries by traveller type

  • Day 1: Arrive Changi morning, see the Jewel Rain Vortex at the airport, check in; evening Night Safari with the tram ride and Creatures of the Night show.
  • Day 2: Half-day city tour (Merlion Park, Marina Bay, Chinatown, Little India); afternoon Gardens by the Bay with Flower Dome and Cloud Forest; Supertree light show at 7.45 pm.
  • Day 3: Universal Studios Singapore full day (open about 10 am – 7 pm); evening Wings of Time show at Siloso Beach.
  • Day 4: Sentosa – cable car, S.E.A. Aquarium, Skyline Luge, Madame Tussauds; or swap for the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders for younger children. Evening shopping at Mustafa Centre or Orchard Road.
  • Day 5: Fly Singapore–Ahmedabad.

4 nights / 5 days – Singapore honeymoon

  • Day 1: Arrive, check in at a Marina Bay or Clarke Quay hotel with honeymoon décor; evening Singapore River cruise and dinner at Clarke Quay.
  • Day 2: Gardens by the Bay in the morning, Marina Bay Sands SkyPark observation deck at sunset, Spectra light-and-water show at 8 pm.
  • Day 3: Sentosa – cable car, Skyline Luge, beach time at Palawan, Wings of Time; dinner at a Little India rooftop restaurant.
  • Day 4: Free day for Universal Studios or Orchard Road shopping; optional Singapore Flyer at night.
  • Day 5: Fly home, or continue to Bali for 3–4 nights.

6 nights / 7 days – Singapore + Malaysia for the complete trip

Three nights Singapore (city tour, Gardens by the Bay, Night Safari, Universal Studios), coach to Kuala Lumpur with a stop at Malacca, two nights Kuala Lumpur (Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, KL Tower, Putrajaya) and one night at Genting Highlands with the cable car and Skytropolis theme park, flying home from Kuala Lumpur. This is the route extended families and friend groups from Ahmedabad most often take in Diwali, December and May, travelling as a private group on their own dates with their own coach and Gujarati dinners arranged.

Senior citizens and multi-generation groups

Singapore is the kindest city abroad for parents over 65: lifts and escalators everywhere, air-conditioned malls linked to MRT stations, clean public toilets and wheelchairs available free at Universal Studios, Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. We keep one attraction per half-day, book the Night Safari tram rather than the walking trails, and choose hotels near Little India or Bugis so a Gujarati thali is a five-minute walk away.

Attraction tickets, e-visa and combinations – the Singapore buyer's guide

What the attractions cost (2026 adult tickets, approximate)

Singapore packages are compared most fairly by asking which of these are included. Typical gate prices converted to rupees:

AttractionAdultChild (4–12)Time needed
Universal Studios Singapore₹5,200 – 5,800₹4,000 – 4,500Full day
Gardens by the Bay (two conservatories)₹2,000 – 2,400₹1,200 – 1,5003 hours
Night Safari with tram₹3,400 – 3,800₹2,300 – 2,600Evening, 3–4 hours
Singapore Zoo₹3,000 – 3,400₹2,000 – 2,300Half day
S.E.A. Aquarium₹2,800 – 3,200₹2,000 – 2,3002–3 hours
Sentosa cable car (round trip)₹2,000 – 2,300₹1,500 – 1,7001 hour
Marina Bay Sands SkyPark₹2,000 – 2,400₹1,500 – 1,8001 hour
Singapore Flyer₹2,500 – 2,800₹1,500 – 1,8001 hour
Wings of Time show₹1,200 – 1,500₹1,200 – 1,50025 minutes

A family of four doing USS, Gardens, Night Safari, Sentosa cable car and the SkyPark spends ₹55,000 – 65,000 on tickets alone. That is why a "₹29,999" Singapore package that lists only a city tour is not comparable with a ₹45,000 one that includes everything above.

Singapore e-visa for Indians – how we do it

  • Indian passport holders need a visa before travel. Tourists cannot apply directly; the application goes through an authorised visa agent, which we are set up with.
  • Documents: passport valid six months with two blank pages, a recent photo on white background (35×45 mm), the completed Form 14A which we fill for you, confirmed flight and hotel bookings (from your package) and, for some applicants, bank statements or a covering letter.
  • Timeline: normally 3–5 working days; we recommend applying three weeks before travel. The visa is issued electronically and is typically valid for multiple short visits over several weeks, which is useful for the Singapore – Malaysia – Singapore or Singapore – Bali – Singapore routings.
  • Arrival card: Singapore requires an electronic arrival card to be submitted within three days before arrival; we do this for every traveller and send you the confirmation.
  • Fee: billed at cost in your quote; we do not add a hidden margin on visas. We prepare and submit the application; approval is at the discretion of the Singapore authorities, so we apply early enough to leave time for any query.

Is the cruise worth it?

Two- or three-night cruises from Singapore to Malaysian ports (Port Klang, Penang) or on a high-seas itinerary are popular with Gujarati families because meals, entertainment and a pool are included and vegetarian and Jain menus are easy to arrange with advance notice. Expect to add ₹18,000 – 35,000 per person for an interior or ocean-view cabin. It suits groups and first-time cruisers; honeymooners with limited leave usually prefer to spend those nights in Bali instead.

Best time to visit Singapore – month by month

Singapore is one degree north of the equator, so it is warm and humid in every month (26–32°C) with a short shower most afternoons. Price and crowd, not weather, decide the best time.

MonthsWeatherGood forPrices
November – JanuaryWettest months, heavier afternoon rain; Christmas lights on Orchard RoadDiwali and Christmas–New Year family departures, Marina Bay countdownHighest; book 8 weeks ahead for Diwali week
February – AprilDrier, hot; Chinese New Year usually in late January or FebruaryHoneymoons, comfortable sightseeing, shoulder-season faresModerate
May – JuneHot and humid, brief showers; Great Singapore Sale usually starts in JuneGujarat May vacation with children – plan indoor afternoons (Gardens conservatories, malls)Higher in May school weeks, easing in June
July – AugustSlightly drier; National Day on 9 August with fireworksMonsoon-escape trips from Gujarat, couplesModerate
September – OctoberWarm; Formula 1 night race usually in SeptemberMotorsport fans (hotels near Marina Bay very expensive in F1 week); Navratri-to-Diwali departuresHigh in F1 week, otherwise moderate

Our advice for Ahmedabad families: Diwali and Christmas week sell out first, so we start confirming hotels and flights for those weeks in July. The May vacation is fine because almost every Singapore attraction is either indoors or at night. Avoid the F1 weekend unless you are going for the race.

Places to visit in Singapore

  • Universal Studios Singapore: seven themed zones with Transformers, Jurassic Park and Puss in Boots rides; the single most requested day by children from Ahmedabad.
  • Gardens by the Bay: Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and the Supertree Grove light show every evening – the most photographed spot in the city.
  • Marina Bay Sands and the SkyPark: the rooftop deck, the Shoppes mall and the free Spectra show over the bay at night.
  • Sentosa Island: cable car, S.E.A. Aquarium, Skyline Luge, Madame Tussauds, Palawan and Siloso beaches and the Wings of Time show – a full day on its own.
  • Night Safari: the world's first nocturnal zoo, seen by tram; next to the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders with the giant pandas.
  • Little India and Mustafa Centre: Sri Veeramakaliamman temple, Tekka market, 24-hour shopping and the highest concentration of pure-veg restaurants in Singapore.
  • Jewel Changi: the indoor Rain Vortex waterfall and canopy park inside the airport – see it on arrival or before your flight home.
  • Chinatown and Clarke Quay: Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Sri Mariamman temple, riverside dining and the bumboat cruise.
  • Orchard Road: two kilometres of malls; best during the Great Singapore Sale and Christmas lights.
  • Singapore Flyer and ArtScience Museum: a 30-minute giant-wheel ride and the Future World digital exhibition, both good rainy-afternoon options.

Food, hotels and tips for Gujarati travellers

  • Pure-veg and Jain food: Little India (Serangoon Road, Race Course Road, Syed Alwi Road) has more than twenty pure-vegetarian restaurants – South Indian, North Indian thali and Gujarati-style meals – and several prepare Jain food without onion, garlic and root vegetables on request. Near Marina Bay and Orchard, vegetarian options exist inside mall food courts (look for the green "vegetarian" stalls) and Indian restaurants at Clarke Quay. Universal Studios and Sentosa have limited vegetarian choices, so we book lunch at an Indian restaurant on the way back or pack snacks. For private family groups we pre-book Gujarati dinners every evening.
  • Hotel areas: Little India and Bugis for Indian food within walking distance and MRT access; Clarke Quay and Marina Bay for honeymooners and skyline views; Sentosa resorts for families who want to be beside Universal Studios. Singapore hotel rooms are small by Indian standards – a 4★ room is often 22–26 sq m – and family rooms for four are limited, so we book early.
  • Money: the Singapore dollar is roughly ₹62–66 in recent years. Cards and contactless payments work everywhere including hawker centres; carry S$100–150 in cash per family for small purchases. Tourists can claim GST refunds on shopping above S$100 at a single store – keep receipts.
  • Rules to know: chewing gum is banned, eating or drinking on the MRT attracts a fine, jaywalking is fined, and littering is taken seriously. Durian is not allowed in hotels or on public transport.
  • Pack: light cottons, a folding umbrella, comfortable walking shoes (expect 8–10 km on a Universal Studios day), a light layer for the aggressively air-conditioned malls and conservatories.
  • Connectivity: a tourist SIM or eSIM with 100 GB for 7 days costs about ₹700–1,000; Changi airport has free WiFi throughout.
  • Timings: Universal Studios opens about 10 am – arrive 20 minutes early and head to Transformers first; the Night Safari first tram leaves at about 7.15 pm; Gardens by the Bay's light show runs at 7.45 pm and 8.45 pm.

Singapore tour packages – frequently asked questions

How much does a Singapore tour package cost?

Singapore packages on this page start at ₹21,500 per person. A 4-night family package with 3★ hotel, transfers, city tour, Gardens by the Bay, Night Safari and Universal Studios costs ₹36,000–46,000 per person excluding flights; 4★ hotels take it to ₹50,000–65,000. Return flights from Ahmedabad add ₹22,000–34,000 outside peak weeks.

Is there a direct flight from Ahmedabad to Singapore?

Yes. Non-stop flights from Ahmedabad to Singapore Changi take about 5 h 30 min, usually departing late at night and landing in the morning. One-stop connections via Mumbai, Delhi, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur are often cheaper and we show both options with every quote.

Do Indians need a visa for Singapore and how long does it take?

Yes, Indian passport holders need a Singapore visa before travel, applied through an authorised agent – we prepare and submit the application for you, with approval at the authorities' discretion. It normally takes 3–5 working days and needs a passport valid six months, a white-background photo, Form 14A and your flight and hotel confirmations. We also submit the mandatory electronic arrival card before you fly.

How many days are enough for Singapore?

Four nights is ideal for a first visit with Universal Studios, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay and the Night Safari at a comfortable pace. Three nights works for a quick city break or as a stopover. With six to seven nights, add Kuala Lumpur and Genting, or go to Bali for a honeymoon.

Is pure-vegetarian and Jain food available in Singapore?

Easily. Little India alone has more than twenty pure-veg restaurants serving thali, South Indian and Gujarati-style meals, and several will prepare Jain food on request. Mall food courts have marked vegetarian stalls. Universal Studios and Sentosa have fewer options, so we plan lunch at an Indian restaurant on those days.

Is Universal Studios included in the package?

In most of our 4-night-and-longer Singapore packages, yes – a one-day Universal Studios ticket with transfers is included and shown as a line item. Shorter city-break packages may list it as an optional add-on at about ₹5,200–5,800 per adult. Check the inclusions on the package page or ask us to add it.

Singapore + Malaysia or Singapore + Bali – which combination is better?

Singapore + Malaysia (6–7 nights) is the value choice for families and groups: Malaysia is currently visa-free for Indians, Genting adds a theme park and it costs ₹12,000–18,000 more per person. Singapore + Bali (7–8 nights) is the honeymoon choice with a 2 h 40 min flight and ₹28,000–40,000 extra per person.

Which is the best month to visit Singapore?

February to April and July to August have slightly less rain and moderate prices. November to January is the wettest but also the festive period with Christmas lights, which Gujarati families love. The May vacation works well because most attractions are indoors or at night. Avoid Formula 1 week in September unless you are going for the race.

Is Singapore good for a honeymoon?

Yes, especially combined with Bali. Four nights in Singapore give you the Marina Bay skyline, Gardens by the Bay at night, a river cruise and Sentosa beaches; three or four nights in a private pool villa in Bali complete it. We add honeymoon décor, a candle-light dinner and a cake on request.

Is Singapore suitable for senior citizens and small children?

It is the most senior- and child-friendly destination we sell: lifts and escalators everywhere, free wheelchairs at major attractions, spotless public toilets and no long drives. We plan one attraction per half-day, use the Night Safari tram and book hotels near Little India so vegetarian meals are a short walk away.

What is usually not included in a Singapore package?

International flights unless added, the visa fee (billed at cost), lunches and dinners not mentioned, Universal Studios Express Pass, Marina Bay Sands SkyPark or Singapore Flyer unless named, cable-car upgrades, tips, personal expenses, travel insurance and 5% GST. Every quote shows inclusions and exclusions side by side.

How much spending money do I need for Singapore?

Singapore is costlier than Thailand: a vegetarian meal costs ₹600–1,200 per person at a restaurant and ₹300–500 at a hawker centre. For a 4-night trip with breakfast and attractions included, budget ₹12,000–18,000 per person for meals and small shopping, plus whatever you plan to spend on Orchard Road or Mustafa Centre.
