Overview

Nainital is a Himalayan resort town in the Kumaon region of India’s Uttarakhand state, at an elevation of roughly 2,000m. Formerly a British hill station, it’s set around Nainital Lake, a popular boating site with Naina Devi Hindu Temple on its north shore. A cable car runs to Snow View observation point (at 2,270m), with vistas over the town and mountains including Nanda Devi, Uttarakhand’s highest peak.

Auli is a Himalayan ski resort and hill station in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand. It’s surrounded by coniferous and oak forests, plus the Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains. A long cable car links Auli to the town of Joshimath. North of Auli are the colorful Badrinath Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage site, and the Valley of Flowers National Park, with its alpine flora and wildlife like snow leopards and red foxes.

On arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station get picked up and transfer to Nainital Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure or visit the Naini lake and have a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast the day will be spent doing local sightseeing in and around Naintal. There are many places of interest like the Naina Devi Temple, Lands’ End, Tif Top and the Zoo. One can also take the ropeway (Directly payable by the customer) to the snow view point. You can also do boating on the Naini Lake. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight at the hotel. NOTE :- A Few places specially on Mall road cannot be covered by Vehicle and guest has to visit same on foot.

Naintial to Binsar

After breakfast check out from hotel and Travel to Binsar. Binsar is a wildlife sanctuary surrounded by majestic snow covered peaks and covered with lush green forests of long oak, rhododendron and pine trees. And overnight stay at binsar hotel.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to kausani and after reaching check in to the hotel and after some rest rest proceed for the sight seeings like Baijanath Temple , Kausani Tea estate , Someswar, rudradhari falls and in the evening return to the hotel and dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Auli is a popular skiing destination in India because of its glittering slopes and clean environment. Dotted with apple orchards, oaks and deodars, Auli is a popular hill town with numerous ski resorts situated amidst the Himalayan range. Located at 2800 meters above sea levels, it is home to mountain ranges of Nanda Devi, Mana Parvat and Kamat Kamet. Many religious destinations are also scattered around Auli. It is believed that Shankracharya had blessed Auli with his visit. Overnight Stay Auli.

After Breakfast, trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila (Trail snacks during trek). The trek from Chopta to Tungnath is approximately 3.5 km in distance and a further ascend of 1 km steep ascend leads to the summit of Chandrashila. The trail till Tungnath from Chopta is a well paved cemented trail and further from Tungnath to Chandrashila, the trail becomes a little rickety. The trek is pleasant but is a very steep climb. It ascends sharply towards the end. You can also notice a change in the landscape due to an increase in the altitude. The tree line ends before Tungnath temple and after that, you may find only shrubs. It normally takes around 3 hours to reach the Tunganth temple from Chopta and another 1 hour to reach the Chandrashila summit from the temple.
