Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board, near Dehradun city in the Dehradun district of the Indian state Uttarakhand. It is about 35 kilometres from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range.
Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in North India's Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats (bathing steps), Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps. Worshipers fill the city during major festivals including the annual Kanwar Mela.
On the first day of your Uttarakhand tour itinerary, you will be picked up from the railway station/airport in Delhi and be driven to Mussoorie. This would be a comfortable 8 hour drive in a private cab and upon your arrival in Mussoorie, you will check into the hotel. After check in, you can relax and spend the rest of the day in leisure.
Post a delicious breakfast, you and your partner will be picked from the hotel for sightseeing in Mussoorie as per your Uttarakhand tour itinerary. The best places to see in Mussoorie would include Kempty Falls, Gun Hill, George Hill Everest, Company Garden, Mall Road, Camel’s Back, Lal Tibba, Municipal Garden, and more. After your sightseeing is done, you both can return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
After breakfast Checkout from Hotel and transfer to Rishikesh. On reaching visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Geeta Press, River Ganga and later Transfer to Haridwar. On reaching visit Har Ki Pauri Ghat for Ganga arti and later check in to Hotel for overnight stay.
By early morning transfer to visit Har Ki Pauri Ghat for Holy Bath.Later post breakfast visit Mansha Devi temple and Chandi devi temple later transfer to Delhi For Drop.
