Bhubaneswar is not only a city of temples and food but also a hub of art and handicrafts. The city is famous for its handwoven textiles, intricate silver filigree work, and beautiful stone carvings.

The temple of Lord Shree Jagannatha at Puri is one of the oldest temples of the Hindus; well known all over the world. It is situated on the sacred Mahodadhi (presently known as Bay of Bengal). at latitude 19-19'-17'N and longitude 85-51-'-39'E. It is the most sacred shrine in India.

Konark Sun Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its exquisite architecture and intricate stone carvings. It is one of the most impressive temples in India where architecture is concerned.

Kolkata's architecture includes many imperial landmarks, including the Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge and the Grand Hotel. The city's heritage includes India's only Chinatown and remnants of Jewish, Armenian, Greek and Anglo-Indian communities.

Culture. Gangasagar is a place of Hindu pilgrimage. Every year on the day of Makar Sankranti (14 January), hundreds of thousands of Hindus gather to take a holy dip at the confluence of river Ganges and Bay of Bengal and offer prayers (puja) in the Kapila Temple.

After breakfast check out visit local Bhubaneshwar and visit Rajarani temple, Mukteshwar temple, Parshurameshwaram Temple, Khandagiri, Udaygiri jain caves, Nandankanan Zoo (This zoo is famous for variety wild life sanctuary & also famous for white Tiger & Lion Safari (Closed On Monday), Tribal museum (Closed On Monday). Proceed to the Puri. En-route visit Dhauli ( the peace pagoda), Lingaraj Temple, Chausath (64) Yogini temple. After reaching Puri check into the hotel in the evening and enjoy at Puri beach. Overnight at Puri.

Day 3

Puri (Jagannath Temple) - Konark (Sun Temple) – Puri

After breakfast Darshan at Sri Jagannath Temple (Non Hindus are not allowed), Gundicha Temple (Mausima Temple), Bedi Hanuman Temple, then drive to Konark on marine drive, visit Chandrabhaga beach & Ramchandi temple. Then visit The famous Sun Temple called black Pagoda, The 12th century temple richly decorated with stone carving. In the evening enjoy light & sound show in Konark ( by own cost ). Evening come back to Puri. Overnight at Puri.

Day 4

Puri - Chilika Lake (Satpada) – Puri Drop (Train for Kolkata)

After morning breakfast, check out drive for Satapada, Chilka Lake. On the way visit Alarnath Temple after reaching Chilika lake Take a boat (Direct payment) meets the Irrawaddy Dolphins in nature and the Hradaya –Sagar Sangam or the sea mouth (the point where the lake meets the sea). Enjoy the day at Chilka Lake (India's biggest inland lake spread over 1,100 square kilometers). After reach at Puri transfer to Puri railway station to catch the train for Kolkata (Book by own).
