Belgium Tourist Visa

Documents Require For Tourist Visa

• Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Belgium + Old passport.

• Visa Application forms.
• 2 photographs : 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.
• Covering letter mentioning the details of the travel, applicant and who will bear the expenses.
• Hotel confirmation for the entire stay.
• Confirm Air tickets.
• Day to Day Travel itinerary.
• Travel Insurance
• Income tax returns or Form 16 for last 3 years.
• Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with healthy and sufficient balance.
• Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed
• Original Leave letter from Employer/School/College.
• If Self Employed require Shop Act/MOA/Deed.

Note*  Applicants need to go personally for submission with prior appointment if applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015.

Visa Fees: INR 6350/- per person

Visa Processing Time: 10-15 Working Days or more as per embassy processing

 Documents Require For Business Visa

• Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Belgium + Old passport.

• Covering letter on company letterhead mentioning the details of the travel, applicant and company profile.documents attesting to the status of employment within your Business. 
•  Invitation letter from Belgium mentioning the details of the travel, applicant and company profile./ Entry tickets to fairs and congresses.
• Hotel Vouchers
• Return ticket.
• Travel Insurance
• Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
• Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.
• Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed
• Company registration proof of Indian company.

Visa Fees: INR 6350/- per person
