Overview

Mysore (or Mysuru), a city in India's southwestern Karnataka state, was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399 to 1947. In its center is opulent Mysore Palace, seat of the former ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood

Kodagu, also known as Coorg, is a rural district in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. In the area’s north, Madikeri Fort has 2 life-size elephant statues at its entrance, plus a Gothic-style church with a museum on its grounds. Nearby, the Hindu Omkareshwara Temple dates back to the 19th century. Farther north are the domed Raja’s Tomb, a burial place of Kodava kings, and cascading Abbi Falls

Dharmasthala is a town in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. The centuries-old Sri Manjunatha Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is a place of Hindu pilgrimage known for its large statue of the revered figure Bahubali. The Manjusha Museum's eclectic collection includes manuscripts and early wooden chariots. Nearby, the Car Museum features vintage automobiles, including a 1920s Studebaker used by Mahatma Gandhi.

Udupi is a city in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. It's known for its Hindu temples, including the huge, 13th-century Sri Krishna Temple, which houses a statue of Lord Krishna and attracts many pilgrims. Nearby, the ancient Anantheshwara Temple is dedicated to the god Shiva. The Corporation Bank Heritage Museum features coins dating from 400 BC, plus stamps and displays about India’s banking industry.

Gokarna is a town on the Arabian Sea, in the southwestern Indian state of Karnataka. A popular pilgrimage destination for Hindus, it’s known for sacred sites like Mahabaleshwar Temple, which has a shrine dedicated to the deity Shiva. Nearby, Koti Teertha is a temple tank where devotees wash in the holy waters. The town is also home to beaches such as palm-lined Gokarna, in the center, plus Kudle and Om farther south. 

Hampi is an ancient village in the south Indian state of Karnataka. It’s dotted with numerous ruined temple complexes from the Vijayanagara Empire. On the south bank of the River Tungabhadra is the 7th-century Hindu Virupaksha Temple, near the revived Hampi Bazaar. A carved stone chariot stands in front of the huge Vittala Temple site. Southeast of Hampi, Daroji Bear Sanctuary is home to the Indian sloth bear.

On arrived at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station drive to Mysore and check in at the hotel. Later visit the Mysore Palace. After breakfast from hotel and go for Murudeshwar visit to Kadiyali Mahisha Mardhini Temple and visit Ambalapady Janardhana & Mahakali Temple at Udupi. Then proceed to Saligrama Narasimhaswami Temple and Anegudde Ganapathi temple. Then drive to Murudeshwara. Murudeshwara beach town lies on the coast of the Arabian Sea and is also famous for the Murudeshwara Temple. The main attraction of this place is world's second - tallest Shiva statue and 20 storied Gopura (237.5 feet) is constructed at the temple. Visit Shiva statue and Lord Murudeshwara Temple, built on the Kanduka Hill which is surrounded on three sides by the waters of the Arabian Sea. Then drive to Idagunji, a small town in Honnavara and famous for Ganapathi Temple. This 4-5th century CE idol of Ganesha in dvibhuja (Two Handed) style. Then drive back to Gokarna for overnight stay at hotel.
