Overview

Pondicherry (or Puducherry), a French colonial settlement in India until 1954, is now a Union Territory town bounded by the southeastern Tamil Nadu state. Its French legacy is preserved in its French Quarter, with tree-lined streets, mustard-colored colonial villas and chic boutiques. A seaside promenade runs along the Bay of Bengal and passes several statues, including a 4m-high Gandhi Memorial.

On arrival at Chennai airport/Railway station our representative will welcome you and Transfer to Pondicherry. On Reaching at Pondicherry check into Hotel and spend the Evening at Leisure.

After Breakfast get ready for sightseeing of Pondicherry. There are many famous places where you can have a good time. Places like Aurobindo Ashram, Seaside Promenade, Botanical garden, French War Memorial, Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Manakula Vinayagar Temple are on the top list of tourist attractions. You will check into the boathouse before going on a walk on the beautiful beaches of Pondicherry with spectacular view of sun set. Later come back to hotel for night stay.
