After breakfast enjoy an excursion tour to Mawllynong and Dawki (100 kms / 03 hrs drive approx , it is advisable to carry packed lunch to Mawllynong). Mawlynnong village, situated 90 kms ahead of Shillong on the Shillong- Dawki Road, 30 kms from Pynursla, is a village of 75 households with a population of 400. After a delicious breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Cherrapunjee. It is also known as Sohra, is a high-altitude town in the northeast Indian state of Meghalaya. It's known for its living root bridges, made from rubber trees. To the northeast, Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point overlooks verdant gorges. In the surrounding hills, the Noh-Kalikai, Dain-Thlen and Kynrem waterfalls plunge from forested clifftops. South of town, Mawsmai Cave is illuminated to show its stalagmites. On the way to Cherrapunjee visit Elephanta Falls, Shillong Peak.
