Gir Forest National Park is a wildlife sanctuary in Gujarat, western India. It was established to protect Asiatic lions, who frequent the fenced-off Devalia Safari Park, along with leopards and antelopes. Gir Jungle Trail, outside the fenced area, traverses deciduous forest and is home to wildlife including vultures and pythons. The Kamleshwar Dam has marsh crocodiles and birds, such as Indian skimmers and pelicans.
Vadodara, also known as Baroda, is a major city in the Indian state of Gujarat. It serves as the administrative headquarters of the Vadodara district and is situated on the banks of the Vishwamitri River, 141 km from the state capital of Gandhinagar.
Upon arrival in Ahmedabad, check into the hotel (Early Check in Subject to Availability)and freshen up. If visit Sabarmati Ashram, Adalaj Step Well , Atal Bridge and Akshardham Temple. Overnight in Ahmedabad.
After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Modhera and Patan. Visit the Sun Temple at Modhera, then proceed to Patan to visit Rani ki Vav and Patola Sarai. Return to Ahmedabad for the night.
After breakfast, drive to Dwarka Via Jamnagar. Visit Bala Hanuman Temple. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and visit Dwarkadhish Temple in the evening. Stay overnight in Dwarka.
Visit Bet Dwarka, believed to be the original residence of Lord Krishna, and Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines. Shivrajpur Beach , Don't forget to also explore the Rukmani Temple. Stay overnight in Dwarka.
Post breakfast, check out and drive to Somnath. Enroute, stop at the Kirti Mandir in Porbandar. Check-in at the hotel in Somnath. Later, visit the Somnath Temple and Bhalka Tirth. Overnight stay in Somnath.
After breakfast, travel to Sasan Gir. Check-in at the hotel and then visit Gir National Park, famous for its Asiatic Lions. (Jungle Safari on direct payment basis)Overnight stay in Sasan Gir.
After an early breakfast, drive to Vadodara. Check into your hotel upon arrival Check into hotel. Overnight stay in Vadodara.
After breakfast, take a day trip to the Statue of Unity. Spend the day exploring the statue and surrounding attractions like Sardar Sarovar Dam , Viewing Gallery etc.. later in evening drive to Ahmedabad for stay overnight at hotel.
