- 5 photographs : 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.
- Covering letter mentioning the details of the visit, applicant.
- Confirm Air tickets.
- Yellow fever vaccination .
- Original Leave letter from Employer/School/university.
- Salary slips for last 3 months. - If employed.
- Company registration proof - if Self Employed.
- Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated.
- Hotel reservation.
- Day to Day itinerary.

INR 17,000/- pp 6 months Multiple Entry.
